East Caribbean Financial Holding Company Limited (ECFH) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Directors to its Board of Directors – Ms. Jacqueline Emmanuel & Mr. Omar Davis, who will replace former Directors – Ms. Emma Hippolyte and Mr. Henry Mangal, who both resigned to pursue personal career developments.
Ms. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies, and a Master’s Degree in Project Analysis, Finance and Investment from the University of York, United Kingdom. She is currently the Director of the Office of Private Sector Relations (OPSR). Ms. Emmanuel has over 24 years of experience in Development Planning and Project Development, 18 years of experience in Investment Analysis and Finance. She has held the positions of Executive Director of the St Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture; General Manager of the National Development Corporation; and Training and Trade Policy Facilitator for the OECS Secretariat in Saint Lucia. Ms. Emmanuel has a wealth of practical experience in working with both public and private sectors and in forging public private sector partnerships for advancing national development objectives.
Mr. Davis holds a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is a Financial & Management Consultant with many years of experience. He held the Financial Controller and General Manger positions at the St. Vincent Banana Growers Association, and later moved to St. Lucia where he joined the Windward Islands (Winera) Packaging Company Ltd, first in the capacity of Financial Controller and then held the position of General Manager for many years. Mr. Davis is an active member of Rotary International since 1981 and Past President of the Rotary Club of St. Lucia South. He is committed to youth and family development, and is the Founder and President of Oms Tennis Academy, Oms Promotions and Caribbean Youth Fest.
The Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team look forward to the contribution of the new appointees to the organisation.
