The East Caribbean Financial Holding Company Limited (ECFH), parent company of Bank of Saint Lucia Limited (BOSL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.
Frank V. Myers and Mrs. Orricia Denbow-Bullen to the Board of Directors of both companies. Mr. Myers has also been appointed Chairman of the two companies. The two additional Directors represent the National Insurance Corporation (NIC) and the Government of Saint Lucia respectively, both of which recently took their shareholding to 20%. The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of both ECFH and Bank of Saint Lucia. Frank V. Myers, FCCA, BSc, Acc. Dir., ACFE is an alumnus of Saint Mary’s College. Mr. Myers brings a wealth of experience in a number of areas including the retail industry, credit unions, telecommunications, banking, insurance and auditing. He assumed a number of key leadership positions during his career and during his period in public accounting, and trained a number of accountants, many of whom now occupy senior positions locally and internationally. He is a former president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean, former Chairman of the Public and Teaching Service Commissions in Saint Lucia and a member of the Rotary Club of Saint Lucia for over two decades. Mr. Myers currently manages a successful consultancy firm and sits on a number of Boards including the National Insurance Corporation (NIC) and the St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC).
Orricia Denbow-Bullen who joins the Board in the capacity of Director, is a retired banker with over forty-four years’ experience with Bank of Nova Scotia. Mrs. Denbow-Bullen has successfully held a number of management and senior management positions in the region for over three decades, with experience in the key areas of sales and service, management, customer service, operations, retail and commercial banking and human resource management. She has a strong track record of leadership, people development, training, operational effectiveness and efficiency.
