The East Caribbean Financial Holding Company (ECFH) has captured the prestigious Diamond Award from the Caribbean Association of Banks (CAB). The award is in recognition of ECFH’s consistent contributions over the years to the development of CAB and its members, and to the banking sector of the Caribbean. ECFH has provided significant sponsorship support to the CAB Conference as Silver sponsor in 2009, Platinum in 2010 and 2011 and Gold sponsor in 2012.

ECFH has also given unstinting service to the CAB at the Board level, having been represented by its Chairman Mr. Victor Eudoxie, Group Managing Director Mr. Robert Norstrom, and more recently, Assistant General Manager Bank of Saint Lucia, Ms. Joanna Charles.

Reflecting on the significance of this latest award, Group Managing Director, Robert Norstrom, said: “The CAB Diamond Award reflects ECFH’s strong leadership and commitment to the development of the banking sector in the region. A major part of our vision is to expand within the OECS and the wider Caribbean region as reflected in our newest entity BOSVG. The CAB Awards recognize institutions which uphold the values of strong and sustainable leadership. The CAB Diamond Award is the second major regional award for the ECFH Group. Earlier this year, ECFH’s banking subsidiary, Bank of Saint Lucia captured the ECCB Award for Best Corporate Citizen.
